Salmon in Cast Iron Skillet

Lemon dill

2 Servings



2 salmon steaks 

1 bunch of spinach 

2 green onions chopped

1 tsp Chef Josef's Lemon Dill Blend 

Juice from ½ lemon 

½ cup white wine (or water)

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp. lemon dill Chef Josef seasoning, more to taste if desired



Place salmon in cast iron skillet 

Add lemon juice, wine, spices, and chopped green onion 

Wash spinach, drain and add on top of fish 

Cover, simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until salmon and spinach are done.


Served with rice or boiled potatoes.
